Coach Wrapping Case Study – Paul Turner Signwriters Ltd, Leeds
At Paul Turner Signwriters Ltd, we specialise in coach wrapping, large-format vehicle graphics and commercial vehicle branding for businesses across Leeds and Yorkshire.
One of our latest projects involved completing a full wrap on a Mercedes-Benz Tourismo coach operated by TJ’s Travel Leeds. Created for Employment Hero, the predominantly purple design transformed the coach into a bold piece of mobile advertising for a special Leeds United matchday campaign.
Completed at our Garforth workshop near Leeds, the project required accurate installation across the coach’s large side and rear panels. The finished wrap promoted Employment Hero’s HR, payroll, hiring and employee benefits services while creating a strong visual presence throughout Leeds.
About TJ’s Travel Leeds
TJ’s Travel is a family-run coach and minibus company based near Leeds and Wakefield, providing group travel across Yorkshire, the UK and further afield.
Established in 2013, the company operates a modern fleet of more than 40 vehicles, supporting everything from corporate travel and school transport to day trips, sporting events and private group hire.

Coach Wrap Design and Project Preparation
The Mercedes-Benz Tourismo provided a large canvas for Employment Hero’s promotional campaign. Before production began, our team assessed the coach, took accurate measurements and adapted the supplied design to work across its large side panels, rear section, windows and body contours.
This preparation ensured the printed vinyl graphics aligned correctly across the vehicle while keeping the Employment Hero branding and “Everything Employment” campaign message clear, consistent and highly visible.

Materials Used

Measuring and Preparation
Careful preparation was essential to ensure the printed graphics fitted accurately across the Mercedes-Benz Tourismo. Our team measured the coach and adapted the Employment Hero artwork to account for its large panels, windows, doors and body contours.
Before installation, the coach was thoroughly cleaned and prepared. The process included:

Installation Process

The completed Mercedes-Benz Tourismo now has a bold, distinctive appearance that gives the Employment Hero brand maximum visibility across Leeds.
